In 1992, Steve Emmons took a bold leap – he chose to move to North Carolina in pursuit of the perfect place to call home. His journey eventually led him to Southport where he found not only his final destination but the inspiration to launch Southport Murphy Beds.
Today, with nine diverse style options and infinite possibilities for customizing to suit, he enjoys helping his customers create the room of their dreams. Whether it’s out of a need for organizational structure or simply a desire to add flare to a living space, Steve loves aiding customers in expressing their unique style.
